Mixology

Mixology is a modern and unique style of bartending and a relatively new concept with the theory that the correct mixing of liquid ingredients can form a totally balanced drink. Approached in a very scientific way, a mixologist uses experience, knowledge and understanding of products as well as interpreting guest tastes and requirements to create a drink that excels guest's expectations in both taste and presentation.

The mixologist asks a sequence of questions to establish the guest's tastes and will then make a recommendation based on their excellent knowledge. As each guest is different, so will the cocktails.
